Hyperion is no longer considering northeast Kansas for their new $10 billion oil refinery. The company is still leaning towards Elk Point, South Dakota.

I was inspired to do this toon after riding my bike to work this week, the wind was brutal! It still baffles and angers me that we we are building an oil refinery, a pipeline and a coal plant in the middle of what should be wind farm country! I'm praying for you Marion. read more »
