I really like using South Dakota 123 and have enjoyed seeing it go from 3 or 4 votes to 30 - 40 votes. But when I talked to Ben last time, he said there were 151 members and thousands of visitors. So why aren't we seeing stories with more than 30 or 40 votes!!!

This is a great piece about the proposed Hyperion oil refinery. Company officials say it will be the greenest refinery out there, but experts say a "green" oil refinery would need to process better crude; Hyperion will be using highly toxic oil from Canada.
