The Rapid City Journal's Kevin Woster is one of the state's best political writers. But he's an even better outdoor writer. Take It Outside focuses on the fun we South Dakotans have hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, camping, and hiking. KWo's also a pretty fair outdoor photographer.

Dakota Women is smart, sassy, in your face, and pretty in pink. It is written by a number of articulate local feminists who do their research, use humor like a scalpel, and will make you think, whether you agree with them or not. Probably one of the most intelligent of the SD blogs.
